The Adams County Kids Health Fair is free for all children ages 3-18. Applications for ACDJFS school supply/clothing vouchers are available at Adams County Regional Medical Center, Adams County Health Department, Adams County Job & Family Services and the local physician offices. Please return completed applications to Adams County Job & Family Services no later than Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
Available screenings include: Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure, Height/Weight, Scoliosis Screening, and Vision Screening (optional.) Immunizations will also be available with parent or gaurdian present and proof of Ohio Medicaid or private insurance cards.
