Congratulations Ms. Kathleen Stacy & Mr. Richard Foster for Years of Service
The Manchester Local School District would like to congratulate Ms.
Kathleen Stacy and Mr. Richard Foster for their years of service
dedicated to our students, staff, administration, and community members.
Each has served on the Board of Education for 15 years.
Congratulations on this tremendous accomplishment. Ms. Stacy and Mr.
Foster were recognized at the 2018 Southwest OSBA Spring Conference,
which was held at the Warren County Career and Technical Center on
Tuesday, March 13th, 2018. The OSBA Southwest Region also recognized
the MLSD Board of Education for its Gold Rating.
