The Board of Education of the Manchester Local School District (“Owner”) is seeking professional design services. 

The Board is interested in developing plans, drawings, and specifications for the construction of 3300 SF of drive to be removed and replaced. Replaced with 12" of aggregate and 4" of asphalt pavement. 200 LF feet of 5’ wide sidewalk to be removed (4") and replaced combination curb/sidewalk (8") 100 LF of 4" sub drainage line to be installed. Approximately 3300 sq. ft. The total project budget is estimated to be $40,000.00 to $50,000.00.
